  Horrible!!! Called them they told me 90 minutes the guy was rude the whole time on the phone! Called about an hour later for an update he said should be there soon called again! He heard my voice and hung up on me! Horrible business horrible service! Do not recommend to ever use them! They SUCK!

  I started calling around and no one would come tow my vette because the wheels had locked up. Mike over at Stepps towing sent out Mike Barnett. It was after midnight and he and his truck did a dance that never scraped the underside of my boyfriend’s car! That in and of itself was the most amazing thing I have seen in a long time. He moved the car, made sure I was ok, and it was all done fairly quickly. I had to give him a hug before he left! He was definitely my hero!!
  
  Ladies, i was treated respectfully. He explained what he was going to do to the car and never talked down to me. Perfect gentleman!
  
  Thank you stepps! I’ll be giving you a call in a few days when I need to move it to the shop. You made it painless.
